"Ordered shoes on Sept 16th ship to store never got the shoes because the store never called me! So I called customer service twice and got the same answer ,shoes are in transit called third time. now all of a sudden shoes were delivered on Sept 20th at this point its Sept 26th. So I go to the store to pick up the shoes since they never called and guess what the shoes were defective yet you would have thought they would have called me to let me know. NOT! so the manager explained she will refund my money but get the system wouldn't let her! I'm not happy but at least Alyssa was very apologetic so I purchased the shoes again and this time had them home delivered which they came still waiting on my refund though which I had to go back 3 days later to get and still hasn't shown up on my card yet and its OCT 1st. You would have thought they would have offered a discount for the total failure on their part but nope nothing! In the end I'm done shopping at Hibbetts for now!"
"Understaffed and overpriced. The staff they do have are not interested in actually seeing if they have product in your size. They seem to be firmly planted behind the counter to play on their phones and customers are an inconvenience. I was really looking forward to Hibbett Sports but one trip is enough to know that it is a waste of time going back."
