"I have absolutely loved living here. Moving out next month feels bittersweet but what was supposed to be a one year post divorce apartment ended up being three because I was so happy for so long. It’s a really quiet area and the tenants are friendly, but keep to themselves. I’ve never had to file a noise complaint or had to complain about a neighbor. The pools are nice and generally speaking it’s a no-frills complex that’s conveniently located and feels safe. I lived in one of the pre-renovation units which is the only reason it’s four stars instead of five, but I have seen the newer ones are absolutely gorgeous, and he even still enjoyed my own with the bit of disrepair it’s in. The office staff is incredibly kind and responsive and I adore the maintenance men. I’ll miss you Villas!"
"We moved into an apartment last month, super excited to be living in a ‘treehouse’ with so much canopy and shade. During the hottest summer on record, they are actively removing all of the trees around our apartment without any notification to residents. Most of these trees are healthy. Tramor doesn’t care about the residents and are actively contributing to increased urban heat island and energy consumption."
"Their leasing manager, Katelyn, has been the one we have dealt with from day one of living here & she is one of the best management individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She always responds quickly, offers the most ideal solutions to any potential problems & not to mention, is an all around pleasant person to interact with. She is a sweetheart & if you ever have any problems or concerns, she is absolutely the perfect person to call!!!"
"I have been living in the Villas for the last two years, and before that at Four Park place for another 2 years. Tramor has easily been the best apartment experience I have had. They helped me switch units when what I wanted opened up, maintenance is always there ASAP (same day most of the time!) and all of the guys are super nice. Angela and the rest of the team at the office are super responsive and easy to work with as well. Also, the neighbors in my complex are always super considerate, haven't had an issue with any of them and are even friendly with a couple. 10/10 would recommend living here."
