"I waited 18 in line just while the lady ahead of me talked to the owner at the window. Then I ordered and payed for 5 drinks and asked for a drink carrier. The owner got snippy with me and told me no and only handed me FOUR drinks. I knocked on the window to get her attention. Nothing. Honked my horn a few times to get her attention thinking maybe she didn’t hear me knock. Still she wouldn’t come to the window even though I could see her peeking around to see if I was still there. Had to leave without my 5th drink."
