"Lived here for 6 or 7 yrs when it changed to new management it went from a 2 star to a 5 star the came in and started remodeling the apartment's, leveling adding cameras adding more parking spaces and a lot more don't have to wait weeks for maintenance to fix things the xome within 2 to 3 days and its fixed couldn't be happier."

"This place is nasty it’s infested with bugs and cockroach’s. So we had the pest control guy come over while he was spraying for bugs he made very inappropriate comments while I was home alone and I had brought this to management’s attention nothing was done about it. The apartments are not kept up with there’s holes and paint clippings everywhere. It is not safe to live here I had multiple packages stolen and homeless people trying to break into cars/apartments by knocking to see if your home or not. Management is not helpful or nice all they do is lie to cover up there wrong doing to their residents. There are so many health code/maintenance violations all around the apartment complex that they neglect. Trust me when I say you don’t want to live here it’s a waste of time and money. You can find a way better apartment for practically the same price that’s 100x better then this place."

"The owners have really fixed up the place quite nice compared to what it used to be. They have improved alot with parking, safety, and with renivating these older biuldings. The administration/maintenance are really nice people that are very cooperative when in need of maintence or complications."

"Found my current 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 875 sq ft apartment in October 2021 at $1,050/month (original lease) with no breed (dog) or weight restrictions. Miss Paula and staff are amazing. Love that my apartment is right at Murphy Park, so plenty of walking trails for my dog and I. Also my apartment was renovated right before I moved in. They even allowed me to install my own glass top stove! Love this place and highly recommend!!"
