"Ordered the famous star to get the free sandwich which I keep getting charged for and anytime I ask what I did wrong and it's a new accuse, they don't even know how it works. Someone had told me today I had to buy 4 to get one free. Spend a dollar on the app, select what free sandwich you want, that's all you need to do. It's nothing more then a free gemic to get you in the restaurant. On another note, 3rd day going, 2nd time they messed up my order, (I got pickles and lettuce, requested none) surly is going to be the last time."

"Maybe I've just gotten lucky (I see some bad reviews) but every time I've gone everything's been perfect. The people are nice, I've only have to wait if they drop the food fresh for me, it tastes good, it's reasonably warm, and I can still get a combo meal for under ten bucks."

"Awful!! This was the worst food I’ve ever gotten from any restaurant ever!! My sandwich was raw!! My bread was very doughy and had gobs of flour on it. Flour literally fell out onto my lap from inside the wrapper!! I couldn’t believe it!! The other sandwich we ordered was the exact same way!! They had to have known that it was not cooked when they wrapped it up!! I just don’t understand it at all. They didn’t give us the fries we ordered and they were cold!! I’m never going back again and it’s a shame!! I have always loved the big hot ham and cheese sandwich from there!! Seriously this incident happened like three or four days ago and I’m still very traumatized from it. Gross!!"
