"Made a carry out order on the app, arrived at the store and all the lobby doors were locked. Had to just leave because I was in a hurry (which is why I made an online carryout order). Never going back to this store!"

"Want to wait 2 hours for a burger in line? Then this is the perfect Wendy’s! This Wendy’s will take one cars order and wait for that car to receive their food before taking the next cars order even with no one waiting inside for their food."

"The service was so slow that it took a half hour for our family to order and I watched at least four customers leave because they were waiting in line so long. The food was ok, but by the time we got it it was cold. The lady at the register was very gracious and kind about the long wait, otherwise I'd give the service a 1 instead of a 2."

"My husband got food poisoning here recently. Every time we come we have an issue with an order. Baconater Burger building needs serious help. When I came in, the manager was so nice and gave me bacon for the burger, but man did I get some serious attitude and stares from the gal building the burger. The manager even gave me options and asked if I wanted an entirely new burger or bacon on the side. The gal building burgers came up and rudely took the sandwiches back and threw the burger in the trash aggressively. Built super sloppy too. The manager was busy with so many window orders so it just kinda was what it was. Bad taste in my mouth for sure. The counter attendants were nice and felt bad but seemed younger so didn't want to make issues either. Just never got around to posting after, but when the food poisoning happened it put him out for a good 3 days and he rarely gets sick. Had to come on and review. Not returning here for sure."

"The rudest little girl works here and needs to be fired. she must be at least 15? ignoring customers and being so disrespectful and disregarding basic customer service. also looks like she’s ignoring basic hygiene. she started raising her voice at everyone because she didn’t know we wanted frostys… and yelling complaining about how to headset hurts her ears so bad… don’t get a job if you can’t do it right like everyone else does. this store is usually slow but they’ve never been this rude to us. gave us the wrong burgers and wrong nuggets. this girl needs to get fired because nobody should be treated the way she treated us."
