"This is a terrible place to live! Leasing office took weeks to respond to maintenance issues and would send unqualified people to make matters worse before they got better. No heat, no air, no water numerous times and they had no reason to why issues were never fixed. Poor communication each time! All they care about is their pockets and not the families. They make past tenet issues your problem too and over charge you for everything when they barely provide a quality townhome in the first place. I moved into a destroyed townhome with baseboards and walls looking like someone used it as a rage room and would make it seem like it was our fault at the end. Also took 2 years to get gate to work when we were promised gate safety within the first few months and new paint job wasn’t done to full (you can see old colors on door edges). This summarizes Townes on Tenth to the fullest. Never again will I come near a place that cares so little about their tenets."
"I have been here now 11 months. My first 3 days no heat. The maintenance guy had no clue on how to fix so finally they called out a maintenance supervisor and immediately he fixed the issue providing heat for the home. Now winter has rolled around again i have been running off emergency heat for 2 weeks receiving a light bill of 303.11 for this closing month. When normally I only pay 76 - 120$. Again the maintenance man has came out twice stating it is to cold outside for him to fix the heat. The office staff you can only reach by email as they purposely leave the phone off the hook during office hours. The plumbing constantly is backed up. My toilet is either flowing in my front yard near my garage or up through my sinks. My washer backs up into my tub, and my tub backs up into the toilet. When the toilet backed up outdoors Meagan the manager did get a emergency crew out bc of course maintenance did not know how to fix. After resolving outdoors I continue to find large hair balls, thick chunks of gunk mixed with toilet paper clogging each sink. The neighbors are very peaceful including the neighborhood. The home is beautiful. But the plumbing, heat, and maintenance are real issues, especially for the amount of rent I pay."
"I will begin by saying that I waited a full 3 months after move in before making any judgments and writing a review. My move in date being July 27th 2023. On the very 1st day of move in, I saw roaches in my unit. Both the garage and in the home. The inside of the unit was not made ready. All of the vents were clogged, the mirrors had built up rust, there was GUM stuck to the ceiling, shower heads corroded, dents in the hardwood floor and various areas where paint was spilled & no one bothered to clean it up, showers were half cleaned (I unwrapped the previous tenants hair from around the tub drain/plug). There was also significant damage to the interior & exterior garage door from being hit by previous tenants. I was advised that it would be fixed within days of my move in. As mentioned, I have been here 3 months. Neither the damage on the interior or the exterior of the garage have been fixed. Day 2...the disposal clogged (with no use by us) and flooded the dishwasher. I called the emergency maintenance line and advised, but no one came out until the next day. I began clearing it on my own, in which I found beer bottle caps (we do not drink beer), and tons of a black flesh looking substance. Also, the microwave light blew as soon as I turned it on & the entire string came off of the ceiling fan in the master bedroom when I attempted to turn it on. Day 3 or 4...the guest bathroom tub & sink clogged and the master bath clogged as well. This was the day I regrettably decided to look inside the garbage bins assigned to the unit. It smelled terrible and I finally understood why. There was rotting crawfish left at the bottom of the bin. Honestly made sense as to how the roaches here were so big. They were apparently eating quite well. Last but not least, I was charged an additional fee. I paid my entire amount due prior to move in, but weeks later there was a charge for $150. I asked about the charge and was told it was removed in error at some point but they had now added it back in and I would need to pay it. There are additional concerns that were not stated here, as what I have conveyed are some of the more significant concerns I have."
"We were helped by Megan. She was completely amazing, quick with her responses and got us into our new home so fast. Very very friendly and the property is def up to par. For sure ask for Megan when calling and setting up your move, she was amazing and made this the easiest move in ever by far!!!"
"Love the property. Office folks are kind and friendly. Maintenance is prompt with request. Pool and BBQ area is lovely and inviting."
