"This is one of the best McDonald's in the area. All the employees are nice and they don't give you any problems replacing an order which was incorrect like other stores do. My credit card wasn't working once and the manager actually paid for my order with his money. Talk about exceptional customer service!"

"I stopped by this morning to dine-in & get some sausage biscuits. The girl took my order, and I asked for a cup for some water as well. She told me the total, and I said, "I thought the sausage biscuits were $2.09." She then said the water is $.50. I then politely said that I didn't want the water and I'll have to carry-out. She adjusted the order, and I paid with my McDonald's gift card. I then went to get a couple napkins and I heard someone holler "sausage biscuits x 2", or something to that effect. So I walked over to the counter, but didn't see my order. I waited a minute, then a gentleman asked me if I had been waited on. I told him "yes", and then the girl who waited on me said "His orders' over there!" I looked over to the left and found my order. When I took the bag, the gentleman looked at me and I told him, "Your customer service could have been a lot better when my order was ready." And he said, "Sorry about that." I feel that the girl was mad that I didn't want to pay for water, and then treated me very poorly. At this time I don't wish to go back to this restaurant."

"Sometimes it's a bit of a wait, but they usually make up for it with super fresh food. People are generally nice here, clean as far as I can tell."
