"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! COLD FOOD!!! Spent over $100 dollars. We were told delivery would be 50-60 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, we called back only to be told it's on the way. At 2 hours we called back only to be told "It is what it is" when I asked why we had not received a call about the delay. No sorry, no how can we make it right, no we'll give you a discount on your next order. We were told, if you don't like it, DON'T ORDER from here. Food FINALLY arrived 2hrs and 19 minutes later....COLD!!! DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME, ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"

"It took 2 hrs for our order to be delivered on a Thursday evening. We had to call back twice to get status, and while polite, the girl on the phone was unapologetic and didn't give us very helpful info. The order was accurate, but pizza was cold. Real bummer since we've never had this poor service with them before. We wanted to support a locally-owned business, but will think twice about ordering from Jesse's again."

"I love this place and the food is always so good. The workers are very nice and the manager has always made sure if something wasn't right it would be fixed immediately. Which I've only had one issue ever and it was the first time I ordered from there almost 8 years ago. The pizza was a little over cooked but they took care of it right away"

"10/10 recommend, If you love Imo’s pizza then you’ll love it here! Their pizza reminds me of imo’s pizza but a lot cheaper. We got a large pizza with 2lbs of wings. You could tell they had fresh peppers it was a whole pepper cut instead of chopped frozen peppers. The bacon was delicious I’m usually picky about my bacon. The server was really sweet and was there for any questions."
