"Had been wanting to try this place for a while and maybe I had just built it up in my mind too much, but my first time trying was a bit of a let down. Don't get me wrong, the food was good overall...fries had a nice crispy texture, the sides (I tried humus and tabbouleh) had a home-made taste. However there seemed to be a consistent lack of flavor. I'll admit, perhaps all of my other experiences with Mediterranean cuisine involved large doses of lemon, garlic, and the like. But I kind of expected more."
