"They gave me bowl with cold beans that had some mold and the rice was cold. I also bought quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t even melted. When I saw them the food, they didn’t care, and they refused to reheat the item in excuse that Grill already closed. very poor customer service. Totally disappointed had to throw away the food. Best of time and money."

"This place needs the health department. How in the world places like this are still open I have no clue. The unsanitariness is off the wall. When you go in there and order your food the lady will take your money with gloves on and go get your food with the same gloves touching every handle n draw along the way, then come back and check the next person out and take their money and repeat the same thing never changing her gloves not one time. I believe it's the manager ( black curly hair with random tattoos on her arms ) every time I go in there and see her doing this. The first time just didn't eat all my food thinking about it. The second time I go in there and see the same thing and said no way I'm out of here. God knows what she lets the employees do if she has this type of work ethic and cleanliness. The customer service is non-existent, They check you out Don't smile hand you your food say nothing. Most of time they do it while conversation on with somebody else that they're working with."

"A terrible location! The staff is rude and unconcerned about customer service. This place is dirty and they didn't seem to mind. They're unprofessional and looked angry. The food I ordered was okay. I guess nine French fries constitutes an order. I'm pretty sure they were just unhappy they had customers, so I'll help them out and won't go back."

"Not even one star, but I couldn’t rate it any lower. Honestly the most unprofessional, fast food business I have been to. This Taco Bell is located near an interstate and on the door it states the lobby closes at 10. All doors were locked and it was only 9. I tapped on the window and was told to go around the drive thru, but I had people with me and a car hooked up to a trailer. Then I tapped again and was told, “we are closed on the inside.” I asked, “why, because on the door it says open till 10.” I was then informed (with an eye roll) “that’s just what my manager told me.” I proceeded to walk away. Not only this but a couple had ordered their food online to pick up in store and couldn’t even get into the store. The only reason they managed to get it was because, I had profusely tapped on the window. Ridiculous. If you are going to change your hours, you should probably update your sign."

"I spent over $20 on the party pack and only got 11 of the 12 tacos I paid for. Also 4 of the 11 tacos where empty. Had next to nothing in them. The rest where good. The lady who took my order was professional and kind. My only issue was the quality of the tacos I received."
