"Have been here multiple times with my wife. Usually food is decent, but the past couple times the food has been absolutely awful. Friendly staff, but an absolute waste of money. Go to East Peoria CFA instead."

"Fairly busy Saturday lunch. How is it then possible to get cold soggy fries? We ordered one item, a large fries. We would expect at least a large fry and it for it to be hot. Instead the carton was half full and cold. Also why can't I look at a menu and order at a window? You have 15 employees wandering around the car park and it's not a good experience. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE TWO LARGE FRIES? THIS IS EXACTLY HOW WE RECEIVED THEM."

"Clean and very friendly place. Excellent customer service checking out. THEN, while waiting for our food in our seat. A friendly and nice young male brought our food out and made sure we had everything. The restroom was bright with natural lights and clean and well taken care of. Good food as well."

"Great choice for cooked chicken on the go. Sandwiches, nuggets, and more. Waffle fries are the bomb dot com. If you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend. Not because it's slow, it's just always busy; inside and out. You'll probably have to wait a bit, but they get you through the line fast and it's always worth it. Definitely recommend."

"I went to the restaurant in Northwoods. I ordered my complimentary veterans sandwich as Well as another complete meal and drinks. We received our order and it was short one sandwich. I went inside and the clerk said they would get me another sandwich. I waited at least 20 minutes, seeing they were busy. In that time the fries were cold as was the one sandwich. I then ask if they had forgotten about me and he said they waiting on the sandwich and it would be a little longer. I then ask for a refund because we didn’t want cold fries. They tend to get soggy. The manager came and refunded my money. She didn’t ask or seem to care what the problem was. If I can go thru the drive thru in 5 minutes why would it take 20 minutes to get me a replacement sandwich. The outside crew were delightful and courteous. The inside crew were otherwise. I know it was very busy, but that is no excuse. Ironically over the delivery window is a large sign that says,”ACCURACY “. They have a good product, but I will probably not return to this restaurant."
