"When I first arrived everything was very slow. Management was almost non-existent and the place was going rampant at night. We went through a few managers until we got Noemi. One Noemi got their things started to change for the positive. She is a tough soul and does not stand down to threats. She's extremely helpful and professional and she always has a smile on her face and genuinely cares. Elizabeth, the cleaning lady as she is known. She is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen and definitely the hardest cleaning person I have ever seen and I am 63 years old. She is always polite and always try to do the best job that she possibly can but she needs help! She is way overworked and I'm sure she is way underpaid and deserves a decent raise. Javier, the porter. Needs help!! Also way overworked ! It takes forever for corporate to replace someone on their team . He cannot possibly maintain all of these units; 275 I believe. Javier is a very hard worker and a very friendly person. He always tries his best to get everything done and at times is not appreciated. He is expected to do things that are not in his knowledge base such as maintaining the pool! Chemicals, fungus and bacteria are three things that need to be constantly monitored. They need someone to maintain that pool who has full knowledge and hopefully certified in the equipment used to keep the water clean and how to keep it safe for the residents and guests. This would allow Javier to focus on what he does best, fix problems! With such a small staff they are doing an amazing job and Noemi is the best manager they've ever had! I miss my friends and I could genuinely call the three of them my friend. Thank you for everything you guys have done! God bless you all and keep you safe!"

Even with the language barrier, she can communicate with them because of all of their patience with her!
