"The location is very good, and the property is well maintained. I really enjoy the layout of my apartment. My biggest complaint would be how thin the walls are. Your able to hear your neighbor next to you, people walking in the halls, and if your neighbor below you plays loud music your going to feel and hear it. This can be super annoying and distracting if you’re working from home or just trying to relax. Edit: I’ve reached out to management multiple times about the issues and it still continues. It might just be out of their control since they can’t change the construction of how thin the walls. But gotta love music bumping in the background when you’re on a work meeting from home Update 2/28/2024: The music continues to be heard from the unit below me. Shaking my apartment while I’m working from home. You can hear people walking and talking in the halls. If your apartment faces the pool you’ll hear anything people are doing or saying."

"I’ve been here for a while and from the start it’s been one issue after another. The most frustrating was the lack of security leading to multiple car break ins, theft and vandalism. It seems to be slightly better but even more frustrating are the tenants. Most are young and never lived in a community so you can image the disregard for loud noise, stomping around on the floors, loud music and barking dogs all left unchecked by the management. The property was not built well as the walls are paper thin and if the upstairs neighbor makes a smoothie —- you hear it. If you want peace and quiet or privacy this place is not for you. We had high hopes but the basics just aren’t here."

Neighbors are friendly, I feel very safe, and love that there is night time security & gated parking. Broadstone East End is conveniently located to local attractions and landmarks, and filled with so much fun in the summer! Love living here :)"
