"I passed by riverside meadows and I talked to this lady, her name is Norma Linda, I asked her if they had any vacant. And she was very friendly, professional and kind. She told me she’s the ground keeper, she’s doing a great job keeping the property clean based off what I’ve seen. I will definitely be moving there once my lease is over."

"DON’T MOVE HERE.. If I could do 0 stars I would. My car has been broken into twice, my mom’s car broken into and my sister’s car stolen. They will follow Amazon trucks and steal your packages right when they’re delivered and leave the box it was delivered in downstairs. Our garage was ransacked and don’t get me started on the ridiculous amount of ROACHES. They’re so bold they’ll walk across your clean counters with an egg sack full of 20 more roaches hanging off their a**.. I’ve lived here 13 years and the ONE gate we have to enter/ exit was operational the first year we moved here."

"I really like my apartment here at Riverside Meadows. I feel safe here with my kids that’s the most important thing for me as a mom. You can tell the staff is doing things to help ensure the safety of the tenants and promote an enjoyable living experience. The new renovations look really nice. I especially like all the lights they are installing. It makes me feel a lot safer at night. The new office staff is great. They are friendly anytime I go inside and the new manager Vatrina is especially nice and very kind. Norma is such a hard worker. I always see her early in the morning cleaning up trash around the complex. The other gentleman who works in the office is also very friendly and personable too, I don’t know his name. I’ve had only a few issues with maintenance in my apartment and both times the maintenance staff came promptly to fix my issues. One time my washing machine started leaking and the maintenance staff saw that it was unrepairable. So they ordered me a brand new washing machine and within and within a couple days they had it installed. I have recommended our apartments a couple of times because I genuinely like it here. Solid 4.5 stars."
