"This place is a joke. Dumpsters being slammed 3/5 days of the week before 6 am and noise ordinance stated nothing before 7 am. The pest problems have been ongoing since the building first opened with the common response “ we are working on a solution to fix this”. How can you be working on fixing something for almost a year? Also, they would get mad when manager at the pest company would tell residents the issue that management is avoiding to fix these problems as well. Building is super cheap and charged for everything. You can see from other reviews the amount of people breaking their lease and moving out bexyzze it’s a joke. Nothing is being done about the homeless breaking in and the security they hired sits on his phone for 5 minutes outside and leaves. This is to the point where I plan on reviewing legal options for multiple issues that have been documented and sent to leasing. Numerous violations of the lease when you take the time to read it line by line. Never experienced anything like this in all my years of renting. This post will probably get deleted because management freaks out when they see a bad review but don’t care about helping residents."
"This place actually sucks. We had to move out cause everytime a guest wanted to visit their car would get towed. Then they’ll say “well they should’ve registered their car” but no one reads the fine print in the parking lot when they visit! And the tow trucks come every 10 minutes to try to tow you. And then they bring it to a sketchy facility in South Austin and no one at the bldg cares. It’s truly the worst and I’m glad I moved out"
"Honest review - So far it has been pretty good. Luxury seems to be a word thrown around too much these days... The appliances are middle of the road, but new. Fairly cheap construction methods from what I can tell, but that seems to be the acceptable standard now. Things aren't built to last anymore. I would say due to that, slightly overpriced. Staff is amazing so far. Communicative and helpful. Fantastic amenities. Fantastic location. I am optimistic that the good outweighs the bad here, and most of the gripes in other reviews are just some issues spawning from new construction and will work themselves out over time/repair. Will update if anything changes, but I'm relatively satisfied so far."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Currently I am living at the Fifteen15 Apartments and my stay here has been less than pleasant in the few months of living here. Within the first couple months of living here I was attacked by a homeless man with an 8inch knife right outside the leasing office. This gentleman tried to kill me and my dog for no reason while I was on a walk with my pup. Fortunately I was able to get away unharmed but my dog was cut in several places. The leasing Manager Rena has also been attacked by a homeless person inside the leasing office. He threatened to kill her with a pair of scissors as well as destroyed property in the leasing office. There is a homeless camp located behind the building. They use the apartment complex as a walk through space. I constantly have encounters with homeless people every other morning either rummaging through the dumpsters out front or trying to break into the buildings. There have been several cars broken into in the garage. Another huge issue is all floors in building 2 are under construction due to a broken water pipe. It has been over a month and still hasn’t been fixed(see pics). The dumpsters are picked up at 5:30am every day which sounds like someone playing the bongos right outside of your apartment. The train on the back side runs constantly as well. So unless you like to be up before sunrise don’t live here. Currently some units have infestations of roaches and others are dealing with rats. Large rodents have been heard crawling through the walls and ceilings. Most likely coming from the homeless camp. The hired security is seldom seen onsite and doesn’t answer the phone when called. There is broken glass everywhere. Amazon deliveries are unable to access building half the time. Many tenant vehicles are being towed and guest vehicles the second their permit expires. Anyone can walk into the dog park from the street. These are things they will not inform you of. Unfortunately our safety and concerns aren’t worth the properties time. Fifteen15 Apartments I’m not going anywhere I was denied a reasonable lease termination considering my situation with the assault. Also I’ve been informed other female tenants were given the ability to terminate lease for other reasons. Your management staff is female and your regional manager is female. They were all female and I am a male leading me to believe this was a sexist decision."
