"Updated this review for the current state of affairs. We are now going on 6 months with no action on my installation. After repeatedly getting the run around by their customer service I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. It wasn't until I filed a BBB complaint that I got a call from their executive customer service, which I was told didn't exist. Seriously, I cant stress this enough. DO NOT USE their installation services. It has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've even had. They cant even give me an estimate on when Ill get my deck and stairs installed even though I have been paying on the loan since June. Ironically I notice that in all their negative reviews a representative always says that customer service is number one for them. What a joke! Learn from my mistake in trusting this degenerate company and go elsewhere."
