"The good is that the products and the price seemed wonderful.. what killed it for me was the so called “sales agent” employee what ever u want to call him .. just unprofessional an condescending …I went in for a bed and the first one I tried was super soft I have back issues I need firm so he took me over the the others and said this one’s firm ok so I sat on it and while it was still soft it didn’t have as much give as the first one so I thought ok why not …started filling out the paperwork and as I’m filling it out he proceeded to inform me that’s the same mattress that I first sat on that was to soft the gentlemen’s then says oh you wanna try it again if it’s the same what I’m saying about it being to soft don’t make sense .. now while these words do not sound bad in text , tone and exact usage of the words goes a long way …Probably not best to talk to your customers like they are idiots and don’t know what they are talking about … so I grabbed my application crumpled it into a ball and said that’s ok thank you anyway I’ll go look at buddy’s then the guy behind the counter said well that first mattresses is very lightly used so if u get new then it will be a little more firm and all I could think is if this is very lightly used only been slept on a handful of times and it already has this much give why would I get the same mattress just new if I didn’t like it once it had been slept on and bought it new I would then be paying over 1000 for a bed I wasn’t going to like after only a few nights There is just better ways to deal with people"
