"As if finding parking in this small complex isn’t hard enough, they allow this trailer to take up not 1 not 2 but 3 parking spots when the back of the complex is free with spots to store this trailer and decide to leave said trailer here day in, day out for 3 days. Taking their sweet time to unload while some of us struggle to find parking and have to walk in the rain. Unacceptable and ridiculous for how much this community lacks in taking care of their residents and this isn’t the only issue…."

"As a resident from this complex the amenities are beautiful and the apartments themselves are nice but we have had our vehicles broken into and things stolen from our patio and not to mention packages stolen even though we have a ring they hid their face . When mention to front desk they said there wasn’t anything they could do regarding hiring security , and was told to get on fetch program . It’s been hundreds of dollars lost from the things that have been stolen"

"If I could give it a zero I would. Don’t waste your time or MONEY living here. I’ve renewed my lease for the fourth time and I’m regretting it more than ever. New management is no help in ANY situation. Had my car broken into, for the past 2 months I’ve been complaining about a group of kids that most likely don’t live here smoking mariguana. I come to the gym and it is penetrating with the smell, the bathrooms, the pool area. I pay 2300+ they have a “security” that is rarely seen. When I moved here back in 2020 I would see the security guard often throughout the day. When the management that is here now took over everything went down hill. Can’t wait till my lease is up to move out."

"As a competitor you often visit a community undercover to assess what a community has to offer ( or doesn't offer) in the way of amenities appliances unit sizes convenience and above all customer service. You go in looking for and more often than not finding the sub par experience you can look forward to out performing at your own asset. This lack of customer service was anything but what i received when touring with Tiffany ward. I arrived late afternoon unannounced intending to catch the onsite team off guard and found Tiffany alone in the office. She was happy to take me in the moment even though clearly in the middle of another project. She proceeded to ask me all of the qualifying questions designed to identify and assist in meeting my needs. I took this opportunity to test her patience and presented questions that were way outside of the normal items addressed during these types of interactions. Tiffany went so far as to assist me in directions to the local attractions and at my special request even routes that avoided toll roads lol. To further amaze me after having experienced this level of customer service i came to find that Tiffany had only been hired not only onsite but to the multifamily industry only 2 weeks before!! What can I say. As a competitor I am completely impressed. I would happily have Tiffany as a member of my team and would rest easy knowing that my asset residents and future residents are in warm diligent and caring hands. Bell Partners. Truly amazing hire. "I've been living here at Citadel for a couple of years and I gotta say it's a very nice place to live in. The complex offers a variety of floor plans, and amenities to suit your needs and preferences. The pool just got a nice remodel and it looks very nice, they also got new machines in their fitness center. Another thing that I really like about this apartment complex is the friendly and professional staff. Sofia, Candy and Ryan are always ready to help with anything you need, from maintenance requests to leasing inquiries. They also organize regular events and activities to foster a sense of community and fun among the residents. If you are looking for a great apartment complex I definitely recommend Citadel at Tech Ridge."
