"I expressed interest in a GMC truck Jennings had in transit on May 12. Received text message from internet sales manager Jon that indicated he would let me know when truck came in. After it was delivered I made multiple calls and texts to dealership only to find out the truck had been sold last week. Very poor communication. Would have appreciated a simple notification that vehicle was no longer available."
"The service department is trash sad .this was a great service department. At scheduled work to be done took time off of my work to take the vehicle in. The work was never done .the say there short on help .had my jeep at the shop all day just to call and say they couldn't get to it."
