"I have been a resident with Fivetwo for the past 6 months or so, the office staff has always been very helpful in answering all my questions and assisting me I want to give a shout out to Diana ! She’s great. Great amenities always clean, great location in central Austin able to maneuver through the city very easily ! Recommend 10/10"

"I would like to preface this review by stating that I have lived in many apartment complexes over the years here in Austin and in Houston. I have NEVER had such a low class, money hungry experience like here at FiveTwo apartments. Nor have I ever had any of these problems at any other apartment complex. I don’t want to make this too lengthy, but since I’ve moved here in June, there has been nothing but issues that management either ignores or is extremely slow to fix. 1. There is only ONE polite and kind person in the leasing office. Travis (manager), sophia and Diana are all rude and are quick to pick up an attitude. Diana even made a racist comment to my boyfriend about African Americans, using the hard R when he picked up the keys to our apartment. 2. Maintenance requests are always ignored. They always get marked as “complete” without anyone reaching out to me or coming to actually complete the maintenance request. The only time a maintenance request of mine was answered was because I messaged the leasing office manager directly about my fridge not working for 2 weeks, and it still didn’t get fixed properly. 3. The entrances are consistently broken and not maintained, leaving the building very vulnerable to danger and theft. Many doors fail to lock/unlock and the garage gates remain open for weeks at a time due to repair issues. 4. Due to entrances being broken, a mentally unstable homeless man was even living in the clubhouse media room for about 3 weeks. He was threatening people, screaming, spending the night in the media room, walking around shirtless and barefoot. 5. Due to the garage gates also being broken and left open, my car was broken into and multiple items were stolen. 6. My car was towed from the garage despite being registered in their system. When brought to the attention of the office, it was acknowledged that my car was in fact registered in their system, but the towing company did not have my information, so the complex was not willing to reimburse for the price of having my car towed. 7. Trash is everywhere. I can vouch for the previous review about trash cans being removed so they do not have to empty them. As a result, there is trash all in the mailroom and parking garages. I genuinely regret signing here. UPDATE 02/25/24 Your packages will also be stolen and/or opened in the mailroom."

"Just moved to Austin and was greeted and helped by Diana and Michael. They we’re extremely friendly and made my move in seamless. Had some issues with a garage remote and they fixed it right away. Place is clean and dog friendly"

"The apartments at fivetwo at highland are amazing.They look modern but also have a cozy vibe. My apartment is spacious, with amazing appliances. But what stood out more was the management team and how helpful they were specially Diana who was the one who welcomed me. There was a lot of communication regarding the building, lease, and move in date. Diana knows 100% her job and i recommend you to go to her for a tour hands down since she knew a lot about the place and showed me around the gym, pool, and lounge area. Her dedication to making sure I was comfortable really impressed me. They made things stress-free and always had a solution ready. Fivetwo is awesome, and Diana’s help made it even better. If you're looking for a great apartment and top-notch service, I recommend It 100%. It's a great place to call home, and I'm grateful for both the place and the amazing management team."

"I just got my keys on November 27th and I have been gradually moving in. My friend referred me to this property; he is a current resident and renewing another year. Diana and Sophia were my main point of contacts with my application process, but I also communicated with the other staff in the office, and everyone has been helpful and friendly. I love my unit and condo style windows. The apartment is located in a busy area so I do not expect it to be quiet. I am thrilled there is ample garage parking for free!"
