Reviews of Waters At Bluff Springs
"Daki is the best rental Manger I have have ever meet. She has the kindest, sweet heart of anywhere I ever rented from. Thanks for my little place of heaven. I love you Daki. Your the best. 15 stars"
"I was looking forward to seeing Crystal!! She was a beautiful spirit and very helpful!! It is unfortunate she is not there. I was interested in leasing an apartment but since Crystal is gone I will go somewhere else. I don't think I would have a good experience with the management that is there now everyone seems so unorganized."
"This complex used to have a great management and maintenance team with excellent communication. I can’t say the same about the current management, and unfortunately I have to write this review because they have continued to treat me unfairly. Exhibit A: I got locked out of my apartment because they changed my locks while I wasn’t home, due to their maintenance staff losing the key. I had put in a maintenance request for a leaking condensation pipe in the ceiling. Three weeks have passed, no one came to fix it, and no communication whatsoever. So I contacted them and they told me they couldn’t access my unit but didn’t explain why. I figured they lost the key. So they had to inconvenience me by changing the locks. When I came to get my key, I was told that the manager had it and she was with the fire department doing annual inspections and I wouldn’t be able to get it until she was done later that day. But I was not leaving until I got access to my apartment that I pay $1,300 for. One of the leasing ladies had to track the manager down for my key. Exhibit B: I moved out at the end of June, and I never received my security deposit back or got an itemized deduction statement. Per the leasing contract, it is required to send one of these within 30 days of move out. It wasn’t until 52 days later that I got anything out of them (which I had to ask them for). I received the itemized deduction statement showing they took all of my deposit, including charging me for a water bill that I had already paid. This “highly responsive” management team have avoided all my emails about this and have not refunded me as of today, despite my receipts and proof. The manager, Tatiana should be trying to solve this, especially when it concerns other people’s money, but I have not heard a word from her. Exhibit C: The communication is lackluster. You shouldn’t have to keep sending multiple emails and phone calls just to get a response from them, and whenever you do, you will get the runaround, “we will look into this” and never hear from them again. So good luck getting anyone on the phone or response to emails. This has been one big headache, I do not recommend this place."
"Great people here, I was referred by a contact at a hotel. They are affordable and clean. You can have up to 2 approved dogs with a deposit. Everything works. Put in a new microwave. GE appliances. Nice dog yard, great pool and laundry room is modern. Treadmills aren't working yet but maintenance is quick and professional. They have volleyball courts and recycling bins and dump trash separated. I really like it alot! I am very content here."
"It was a chill place for the price until they hiked rent this year. Paper thin walls, zero cameras around the property + a gate that never works or stays shut = a ton of theft (attached: truck with all four wheels stolen, my car after a break in). So don’t keep anything valuable in your car at all. Moisture problem that leads to black mold. The staff isn’t great but they aren’t terrible either. Sometimes they’ll gloss over any packages you get and magically find them after you’ve already ordered a replacement. They also kept all of my deposit even the place was spotless and I was current on my bills, but that was expected."
