"The people made this place along with the location! Thomas in the office was my introduction to the place, and when I left the state, he was the same who I hung out with while giving back the keys. Also, big shout out to Crawford in maintenance, who is the hidden hero of the place."
"Lived here 3 years and have loved it! Apartments are spacious, with good natural light and surprisingly quiet. Property management is amazing, especially Thomas. Always very professional, responsive and helpful, as well as being a genuinely nice person who goes out of his way to make residents feel welcome."
"I lived here for a year, and it was an insane experience. Lived next to an apartment that had maybe a dozen squatters in it. Took months to get them out of the apartment. Upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud at all times of the day, and were never empathetic to neighbors. There was always something wild going on. It was never peaceful. Only plus side is the location, but even that is not great. Sure, it is close to downtown, but it is right next to the crack Jack in the Box off Oltorf. You can't walk anywhere because it is right off a loud and busy street. The management was nice and maintenance was fast, but it truly was an insane experience. I never felt safe living there, but that is kind of what you expect when living in the Riverside area. Laundry situation was always annoying, and parking was sparce. Never used the pool because it did not look super appetizing anytime I walked by. I had to delete my Citizen app because I was getting so many notifications of crimes happening not even a mile from me, or spotting's of people walking around with machetes and guns. The apartment itself was whatever. Only one window in the primary bedroom, and it was not big at all. I would not recommend living here, especially with what the rent has been raised to. You can find better in a complex that is fairly safe."
"I just stayed there for a few weeks... The place it's incredible also the people that is in charge. Savannah and Thomas are incredible people they helped me in everything that they can. The apartments are so quiet, the pool amazing I don't have any problem, the maintenance so fast. I really recommend this place. It's near to downtown, Infront of the apartments is a bus stop that goes to downtown, and HEB near, chase bank and other places, the river is near so you can go walking and enjoy a good time."
"I lived in the Easton Hills complex for over two years and just finished moving out yesterday. I loved my one bedroom apartment in this small, friendly complex and will definitely miss it. Savannah, Thomas, and Crawford compose the best office staff team that I have ever experienced. They are all capable, friendly, and reliable. The apartments may not be the newest, but if you are looking to live near Riverside I would highly recommend."
