"I am sooo SICK AND TIRED of water shut off EVERY WEEK!!!!! Its been 4 months since i move here and they shut the water off at least 4-5 times in 4 months!!!!!!! I do not know whoever reading this from the leasing office/management, solve it + management and leasing office people in are the worst people and always lying always NONSTOP and also once you have problem with something in your apartment you have to BEG for maintenance for too long i am waiting for someone to check my washer almost 2 weeks now and i am still waiting! For every problem you have, you have to wait weeks and beg during this time! Poor management"

"Dante’s 10th circle of h*ll. If you like having the water shut off at minimum once a month (usually more), or some other plumbing related issue, this is the place for you! Roaches? We got ‘em! Seasonal raccoon infestations? Definitely! Loud neighbors who use speaker phone and have loud, hours long conversations outside of your bedroom? Yep. Loud Spanish music at night? Check! Trash all over the place? Oh yeah! Our collapsing facilities offer the latest in Austin’s ever deteriorating renter’s market. If you think you’ve seen inaction, think again! This place will do the bare minimum and charge a premium price! Come see one of our many drifting vagrants that pass through our parking lot at all hours of the day (and night) enjoy our dimly lit premises and feel sketched out when the sun goes down. If you’re lucky, you may even see a dude OD’d between our complex and our sister complex the Mesh! If you want one of the worst living experiences Austin has to offer, look no further and check out the Collection…because we’re definitely collecting…trash."

"I have never experienced a property like this bad. I chose this apt because it had washer and dryer. During my entire lease, the washer n dryer never worked, submitted many requests they never come to fix I have to go out for laundry and again I request for the Bathroom light management told me they don’t care about that and we have to hire the maintenance for fix the just bathroom light."

"We were drawn to the price and location, both of which were decent. Unfortunately, many things were not ready at move in (no keys, no toilet seat, no working oven, malfunctioning microwave). We had problems with leaking walls and ceilings our entire time there but the on-site manager couldn’t get approval from corporate to purchase plaster and fix the leaks. Corporate (namely Amy Sullivan) dodged calls and had zero accountability. At one point water was shut down to the entire campus for multiple days (pictures attached are from this incident). Pictures online are misleading, I never saw the pool area look that good - usually the pool is grimy, and the furniture is arranged like they just experienced a hurricane. None of the grills have propane tanks. We fought the good fights against the cockroaches, but even having an exterminator come spray the cracks with pesticide seemed to have little impact - we were told just to accept them as part of “living in the south”. Safety is also a concern; we had a homeless man break in through our window while we slept and robbed us, including stealing our car keys, followed by our car. Corporate blocked all posts into the community forum warning neighbors to be on alert following the incident. The mailboxes were also broken into while living here. Good reminder that low price comes with some trade offs, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for sure."
