Kingfisher Creek Apartments 4601 East Saint Elmo Road, Austin, TX 78744

"I tried to contact these apartments today to find out information because they’re all over the Internet that they have units available. When I call somebody named Aida, if that’s how you spell it answers the phone and tells me that a unit is available. So I told her my situation and I don’t think she understood me so I asked her if she could give me her managers name so I could speak to the manager when I go in there and she kept telling me no she could not give me the managers name. She said she had to take my name and number down and give it to the manager which I knew she wouldn’t do because she was already being rude. Then she told me to go to the office and speak to her and I told her no I wanted to speak to the higher ups. She refused to give me names or numbers and then hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my calls after. I refuse to live in a place like this after driving by the apartments they’re complete trash. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!"

"Decent apartments located in 78744. These are on St. Elmo Rd and located right after the apartments called The Rosemont on Williamson Creek. The apartments are quiet and clean."
