"We’ve had such a great experience living at The Bowen so far! We’ve lived at other Domain apartments, and it’s clear that the team here cares about making this place a home for their residents. Noah and Abriana have been so kind and helpful to us since our first tour. Noah goes above and beyond to make our time here special :) The community events organized here are unique, fostering a sense of community among residents. The amenities provided are awesome, and the focus on safety measures ensures peace of mind for all residents. We highly recommend The Bowen!"

"This is the worst place I have ever lived! If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived at the Bowen for about 5 months and regret every minute of it! First off if you order door dash or Uber eats please be prepared to have to come down to the lobby to get your food, regardless of what time of night it is, if you are ill or if there is a concierge sitting there doing absolutely nothing. The concierge does absolutely nothing! They will not allow your food to be delivered to your door which is a huge inconvenience. For a place to market itself as luxury building, and for me to pay almost $4200 a month in rent, why should I have to come down to the lobby at 10pm for a pizza while the concierge is sitting there doing absolutely nothing? That is beyond ridiculous and not part of any luxury experience. Certain concierge's are extremely rude and unprofessional.There is no consistency when it comes to the leasing staff, one day you are told one thing next day something changes meanwhile the customer is left out of the conversation. Additional to the horrible customer service, the amenities are lack luster at best for the price, and the status of a luxury building. There is a very small mediocre gym, and a pool, beside that there is no theatre room, work stations, spa, roof top deck or anything that would set this place apart from any regular apartment The customer service is horrid and I am extremely unhappy with my experience at the Bowen and would not recommend this place to anyone."

"We moved into the Bowen in late March 2023 and have loved every moment. The team works quite hard to ensure the building is always in top condition and they are responsive to address issues promptly. Aside from that, their events are frequent and always enjoyable. The events often have great turnout, so you can count on having wonderful opportunities to meet your neighbors. The leasing team is very personable and have become a light in our day to stop by the front desk and say hello. Thank you for making this our home!"
