"I live in building 4, second-floor someone is smoking cigarettes and it’s coming into my apt, even though the office has told them multiple times to stop. I keep eucalyptus oil underneath my nose to help with the smell and I’m also having to do it for my two-year-old daughter. I have to sleep with bounce sheets in my bedroom just to help with the smell so that I can kind of rest in between my daughter waking up coughing definitely wish whoever is smoking would stop."
"Have had a water leak for almost a month and nothing has been done. It’s disgusting roaches are out of control you pay for pest control and they never come all the neighbors are dirty and loud you get charged extra fees no one tells you about"
"Don't move here, even if you're desperate. Just move out of town make it work for yourself. Nothing is maintained, the residents are extremely trashy and leave broken glass everywhere. There is no parking so good luck if you paid for a reserved spot, the phone number on the towing signs isn't even updated I called and they said "we don't service that place" and there was nothing to be done. You will experience mold in your unit, and it's a gamble when you will experience roaches."

"Things are finally getting better at Arbor Trails Apartment Homes. Thanks Norma for your fast responses to messages and emails as I have a very hectic work life. It helps alleviate my work life balance. The simplicity of paying my rent online and the community events and contests give that extra touch. The improvements to the pool and laundry facilities are great. The Dog Park still needs some work but the additions to the contents are great. Overall the service Norma provided renewing my lease for a 4th year was a good experience."
