When Dakota came I met him at the door and told him if he could resolve my issue he and Neuhaus would have all my business going forward including new install when it came time for that. Dakota rose to the occasion, took a good deal of time and patience to diagnose the problem, resolved it and then went above and beyond to insure optimal performance of the unit by cleaning inside and out and getting rid of all excess water from down in the crawlspace ductwork.
