"Well after sitting at the second window for 5 minutes then had my pull into a spot for fries. After sitting there for another 10 minutes went in took them 5 more minutes to realize they sent the order with someone else. Terrible experience best part of it was the cashier who finnaly got my refund"

"Got my order wrong twice before having me make my own sandwich. I put it in as a mobile order, so there was no communication error. I drove all the way home before checking and had to go back to the store. The first time, it had cheese on it when it wasn't supposed to. the second time, they gave me a single when it was a double. And then to "make it right," they gave me another piece of meat and had me put it together on the counter."
