"Dog poop everywhere, gates don’t work half the time. Maintenance tickets handling time is bad. I saw front desk staff cruising in the buggy few times, they should drive more carefully given the number of kids in the apartments and also cause you can’t enforce the rules if you don’t follow em. Like other reviews mentioned, front desk staff and manager needs to be better and professional during interactions with the residents."
"I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction and worry about the recent security incidents at CWC Apartments. In the past two weeks, there have been two apartment break-ins, one of which happened in the middle of the day. This is unacceptable and alarming for the residents of this complex. A group of us met with the Community Manager/Director on October 30, 2023, and suggested several security improvements, such as: Repairing the Front Gate to prevent unauthorized access and record every vehicle that enters the building. Adding a 24/7 patrol or security presence within the complex. Installing security cameras at every building. Increasing outdoor lighting to deter criminal activity. We expected that our concerns would be taken seriously and addressed quickly. However, another break-in occurred on November 03, 2023, despite our efforts. This incident has left us feeling unsafe and frustrated. We value our community and believe that safety should be a top priority. We urge you to take immediate and effective actions to address the security gaps and ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at CWC Apartments. We kindly request that you: Repair the Front Gate as soon as possible whenever it stops working to prevent unauthorized access. Implement a 24/7 patrol or enhance security measures within the complex. Install security cameras at every building to monitor and deter criminal activities. Improve outdoor lighting to enhance safety and visibility. We believe that these measures will make a significant difference in creating a secure and peaceful living environment for all residents. We also request that you keep us informed of the actions taken to address our concerns and enhance security within the complex. We understand that ensuring safety is a shared responsibility and look forward to collaborating with you to make our community a better and safer place to live. "This is one of the least considerate complexes I've ever encountered. Every time I try to visit my friend, the front office and maintenance guys are always parked in the only 4 visitor spots available leaving me nowhere to park. And they LOVE to tow. We’ve tried bringing it up to management for months and nothing has changed. The property manager doesn’t seem to care at all."
