"After my favorite café in Belleville closed, I tried out Joe and Onie's and quickly became a regular as they make the best version of my favorite drink compared to any other café. The staff and owners are eager to please, accommodating most any request. I tried a variation of my favorite drink today, the gingersnap chai latte, and it was even better than the normal chai latte. I almost always order the breakfast sandwich on ciabatta with bacon. The spicy aioli and Sriracha marmalade make this sandwich stand out from any other breakfast sandwich I've tried on Main Street. I'm also always satisfied with the price. You get a lot of bang for your buck and will find yourself spending more on less quality anywhere else. There's a corner with a keyboard stand for live music. My friend told me she spent a Sunday morning there listening to live music, but I've never been while someone was playing. I also noticed during my most recent visit that they have a wall of local art for sale. Can't ask for much more than stellar food, service, and a business supporting locals. They won the Belleville Chili Cook-off this year, so I'll be back soon to try that!"
