"I strongly advise if you care about your child and want a doctor that will do the same then avoid Dr Ravenscroft. She is super quick to judge and label kids without spending time to get to know them. She will not take the time that your child deserves to thoroughly understand what may be going on. She will not provide useful or helpful information. If you just need a quick diagnosis for some reason then I guess she would be the dr of choice."

"I know is very hard to get an appointment with Dr. Ravenscroft or maybe you are on the waiting list wondering if is worth the wait. It is worth the wait. Dr. Ravenscroft has been my son's specialist since 2019 and every year when I take him there, I get clarity, direction, support. She is honest, she gives you real expectations, she is really good at what she does. I'm thankful for her and her team, and I know my son wouldn't be where he is if it wasn't for the guidance I got from her and the team."

"The front desk person was very cordial in transferring me to a nurse. But when the nurse got on the phone she immediately said she couldn't hear me and was very dismissive. If this is the kind of service I get from just a phone call, I can't imagine what being in person would be like so I've chosen to find a developmental pediatrician elsewhere. Not this nurse and not today or any day!!!"

"I love Dr. Ravenscroft and just about all the staff there. She has seen two out of three of my kids that have been waiting on the extremely long list of people that need to get in. I am very satisfied with how most of the staff handles themselves as well. My three stars is rated because each time I call, Monica answers the phone and transfers me to the department needed. I always get the voicemail box and it states that they will call me back within 24 hours. I have never received a call back from the nurse. I had to call every day for a week for them to transfer one of my children's referrals to a therapy office. I know it isn't the nurse I have seen at the office that the voicemail is for, but I am unsure of who the nurse is. I haven't dealt with her before and to not receive any call backs, just doesn't sit right."
