"I never got the merchandise. I have been charged something I never got , even I emailed them months ago showing I don’t got the merchandise. This is horrible place to rent furniture or anything . Bad service . Company is a scam . They had workers who was not doing right . The lady on the phone told me herself that they had to replace the whole team because they weren’t doing their part and saw they were making bad promises and agree with me stating “ the other workers were scamming other customers !”"

"Ordered a washer and dryer set September 12. Had already took all my paperwork to the store 1 month prior. Had to hassle them to see when I can get my washer and dryer ordered. Lady told me 2 weeks it will be in no later than mid October. Here it is almost December still no call back still not set, still nothing and rent a center kept taking my money out. If you don’t want customers that’s all you have to say."

"Worse company ever. Unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Been calling for a week about returning a couch in my first week if unsatisfactory and could get something different. Been calling Courtney the store manager since Monday, within my time frame. She never called back and today when I call she was rude and her employees wanting to racially profile me. I will be filling a complaint with corporate when I have all calls recorded. Don’t work with this company they are not worth the headache. They were recently sued for this very thing in August. They deceive their customers and scam them by the consumer protection act."

"My experience was good. They usually have a nice selection of furniture. If you don't see it in the store they will try to find it for you."
