"I know this will probably get taken down but I'm here to leave a message to any and all customers. My name is Will and I've worked here for a year now. Currently 04/19/2023 we are low staffed and trying our hardest to take care of all of our customers. Please do not give us a hard time as we will do our best to provide great service to you. We however could change this and not be low staffed if we got our customer count up to 600 customers. We cannot afford to hire more team members per a decision made our higher ups. We are also told we will lose one of our service vehicles if this does not change. Lots of changes, rules, policies, and guidelines have changed over the time that I have worked here. Please bring in your family, friends and acquaintances so we can better provide for you!!!!"

"I set up a rental online, had worked hard to make arrangements to get set up for delivery, was in a bind from relocating to the area, and needed the merchandise I ordered. This location specifically changed the terms on me at the last minute during the call to set up delivery after my initial payment had been accepted. They insist on auto pay and I live paycheck to paycheck like 99% of the customers that would patronize an overpriced, lower quality place like this to begin with. If I don't have the money in my checking, the payment needs to go on a credit card. This was irrelevant to them. No longer a customer here"

"Literally the worst customer service ever. They’re rude and pushy. Every time I go in store to pay they try to tell me a different amount. Then I go into my app and it says I’ve requested an agreement to change my due date which I’ve never even asked about. Corporate is just as much of a joke as this location. Save yourself the stress and go to Rent One and deal with Bryan and his team. They’ll take care of you."

"Great deals and great people. They work with you and they great variety. I put Aaron's over National Rent to Own and definitely over Rent-a-Center. I've used Aaron's for over 3 years and I have no complaints. Even when I had a family emergency out of state, they still worked with me and i was gone for almost a month. I recommend them to everyone I know to the fullest, cause I've experienced their competitors."
