"Overall, it's very bad experience with River stone ranch community. We lived 2 years with other northland communities before moved to River stone ranch but unfortunately, we had to move from here within 2 months. There was too much noise in our apartment due to 6 external AC unit sounds just outside of our bedroom. Also, home depo is just backside of our building and their AC units also making lot of noise. We were not able to sleep well and work properly. This was impacting her physical and mental health. We can’t open windows for fresh air because of this sound. We have medical condition which we shared with the community, but they are not willing to listen. Also, we were not happy with the maintenance and services , it's only one month since we shifted here and we faced a lot of maintenance issues with our current apartment. Though the apartment was newly renovated there were a number of items which were not proper and we had to raise multiple work orders soon after moving .Also we had to do multiple follow-ups with the management team to get these addressed. There was major issue with water leakage due to pipe burst on 3rd floor bathroom because of which we had to do rigorous cleaning to avoid water being spread and also the water was stuck behind walls which caused smell for almost 10 days. We did multiple follow-ups but no body bother to check the issue and left us with the smell. Also, the water pressure is very slow in the apartment when we start two taps simultaneously. We discussed this issue with maintenance team and they mentioned plumbing is 30 years old and can't do anything. There are too many bugs (cockroaches) in the apartment, and we raised pest control request multiple times, but no body visited and simply closed the work order. We stayed with these bugs for almost month and half with our little kid. We were paying cost for pest control in every month's rent and it's not acceptable at all."
"I moved into River Stone Ranch in the middle of October. Right off the bat, the customer service was fantastic from everyone in the front office. Once I moved in, there were a few things that went wrong in the apartment. Nothing major and nothing the front office was not willing to help resolve. Molly and Mercedes were absolutely amazing. Making sure that all my concerns were addressed. 10/10 recommend."
"My issues with Riverstone Ranch began the DAY I moved in. Upon moving into my unit their "contractors" had failed to clean any of the interior of the drawers, the bath tub drain was clogged with the previous tenants hair, chipped and cracked bath tub, many of the drawers did not have the clearance to shut, cat food had been left from a previous tenant under the sink, our air filter hadn't been cleaned, my towel rack was poorly molded into the wall somehow, and the AC was dropping dust all on my bathroom floor. Upon reaching out to management they were quick to send a team over who promptly didn't fix anything and even left their tools in my home for weeks. After calling them a second time they replaced the bath tub drain and towel rack (not before ruining the wall it was attached too) and re-painted all the drawers and cabinets. This fixed most of my issues until about 4 months later. You'll find in other reviews mentions of frequent water shut-offs. They're correct. I had my water shutoff nearly every Wednesday for 4 months due to "ongoing renovations". This was extremely inconvenient, especially when you work from home. However, the true breaking point with this apartment complex has to be the security issue. If you find a review under Mackenzie Yandell you can read our story of the break-ins, but in summary, we had both of our vehicles broken into (someone even slept and smoked cigarets in mine). This came after the gates have been broken for nearly my entire time at Riverstone (1 yr), and after I had complained multiple times about the security issue. Following our break-ins I called the front desk to inform them of the issue and request some sort of action be taken to prevent further break ins... The associate on the phone was horribly rude, dismissive, informed me that this wasn't there problem, and that no manager was on site to speak to me. Taken aback by the random rudeness I just encountered, I informed my girlfriend of the call. She then called to report the break-ins and told the same rude associate that we will be coming in person to speak to the manager and complain about the security issues. However, when we arrived neither of us were prepared to hear her dismiss our issues and flat out say "Your safety is not OUR responsibility"... This place will charge you over $1500 a month only to turn around and allow your property to be stolen or damaged. They have also failed to report any of the crimes on going in the community. During my stay at Riverstone, a quick google search showed over 30 crimes have taken place within 50 ft of my doorstep. Riverstone Ranch has a legal obligation to report these crimes to it's tenants but blatantly disregards the law so they can continue to bait people in to their shoddy apartments. The fact that there is an entire homeless community neighboring the complex to the south, and the fact they refuse to fix their gates has ensured that Riverstone Ranch will always be an un-safe community. I have never been treated more poorly by a professional company in my life, and it's my sincere hope that you, or whomever is consider staying here, will please find a better place to live. Thank you for reading my review and again, PLEASE STAY AWAY! *Photos below show the move in conditions, tools and work left behind, and pictures from the break in*"
"This place is an absolute joke. My boyfriend has lived here for only one year and my car has been broken into not once, but twice. When we brought this to the attention of their team, they told us that they are not responsible for security onsite. The front gates are almost always broken, the side gates are consistently left open, and there is no regard for tenant safety. The second time my car was broken into the windows were busted out and I was able to identify at least two more cars this happened to. Not only is car vandalism and theft an issue, but there have been at least 35 different crimes reported within 1000ft of this complex since January 1. STAY AWAY."
"I would have never moved out of this place if it wasn't because of my job. I lived here for three years and I loved my apartment. Maintenance would sometimes take little bit longer to fix stuff but staff was really friendly and when I moved out I didn't get any charges like other places. I have really good memories here and I will always miss this place specially the pool and my patio and its beautiful view! I hope I can come back and live here again one day."
