Of most concern is their consistent late charge of medical bills - well after your consultation date & after having made payment in full for all services rendered. This has happened twice now and each time after much time on the phone the charges are mysteriously cleared - with not so much as an apology for the over charge. The arrogance and apathetic approach from the admin staff is staggering to say the least."
