"There’s a huge pest control problem at this property. It was a regular day to see cockroaches, spiders, etc. The units are poorly kept we had holes in our cabinets and our bathroom tube was falling apart."

"What a great place to live in,at this complex you are going to be free to drink beers at the swimming pool. Also next to the dog recreation area you can find a “clandestine” auto body shop ran by Puertoricans opening every weekend."

"2020 makes my 6th year here still love it management and maintenance are awesome. It’s a nice and safe community and management listens to your concerns not just blow you off like other complexes. Maintenance doesn’t make you wait they come when you need them. I will honestly say my family and I love it here."

"Belinda Perez the District Manager for Bonner Carrington and Maintenance are great. But the residents are down right awful. Cheap apartments, noisy kids running around, residents airing their dirty laundry in the public parking lot, my car was run into within 2 weeks of moving in, leaving a massive dent on the trunk, not to mention numerous door dings, resident drug dealer on property and now I am being stalked by a neighbor [ uneducated physco]. I am looking forward to leaving C.C.R.B."
