Cliffs at Barton Creek Apartments

"We toured several of the units at the Cliffs at Barton Creek Apartments and Riley was the leasing agent that we worked with. She was wonderful! So informative and helpful, answered every question we had."

"Do not live here. Office staff if extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. We had no AC for 27 days and they just kept telling us they were at the mercy of their vendors. We finally found out they had never asked for approval to get the work done until 3 weeks in. We were constantly ignored by the office. We had a window that leaked when it rained and they did not come out to even look at it for days, we told them (per the lease) it was causing water damage and they took 2 weeks to fix it. Our balcony door was broken when we moved in and it was never fixed, it was marked as fixed. Even from the day we moved in the apartment was FILTHY, literally food left on the kitchen counter, and they refused to do anything to clean it or take off of rent so we could get a cleaner. There are large gaps in the front door frame, no sound proofing or insulation. You can hear anyone in the halls talking and you can hear into other peoples apartments. The kitchen appliances are so old and run down, missing pieces of the microwave, the dishwasher is rusted and bent. The washer and dryer are disgusting, the dryer smells burnt even after cleanings. Also just be warned that almost every parking spot is marked compact only and due to people constantly parking over the lines it can be hard to find any parking at night. Look up the apartment company on BBB to see their F rating and negative reviews."

"I lived here for two year, and really enjoyed my time here. The gym was a great way for me to get back into shape. It isn’t anything crazy, but gets the job done. The pool is fun, and has an amazing view. I thought the office staff was awesome. I woman named Lisa helped me out a lot! I wish I could’ve stayed, but my roommate moved away."

"I’ve been a resident here for a year and am renewing for the upcoming year. Having worked in real estate I am incredibly picky when it comes to processes and customer service. Lisa, the property manager, truly cares about the people living here. She even checked in on my pet when I was out of town. When issues (repairs, etc) come up - as they do in an older complex, someone is at my door within 5 minutes of my repair request. I have not personally experienced any safety concerns here and truly feel cared about which is unique and impressive in apartment living."

"The only good thing about this place is the view. I pay extra every month for a downtown view. The company they hire to do the outside grounds work did not keep up with it the way they should so the bushes grew way over my windows and I had no view for two months. I spoke with 3 of the leasing woman including the manager who and no one has gotten back to me. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER RECIEVED. THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND STEALING!! Someome needs to settle this with me ASAP! No one ever answers the phone. This has been the worst apartment I have ever dealt with when it comes to the front staff. First photo is the view I should have second photo shows how much the bush grew to obstruct my view. Not only is rent raising which is ridiculous cause I feel like we live in a ghetto with continued items being left in walkways for weeks if not over a month. This couch was sitting in the walkway of the first building upon driving into the complex for a month! A file cabinet was also left outside the building for a month. Coffee cup left in front of garage for months. The trail around the complex is not maintained. The dog park is a joke. Gates are broken again contributing to the look of living in a non luxury apartment complex. Everything in there is broken. I always have to call to see why my maintenance request has not been answered yet. I would not recommend this complex to anyone unless things change."
