"Busy morning during the holidays, and after a very long overnight of travel, I was looking forward to a nice hot cup of coffee. It was cold, but the line of patrons deterred me from asking for it to be heated up. Also, the app needs work (not even sure they accept rewards here). Annoying to have to add deals ahead of time, much prefer the old app before they changed it!"

"Doesn’t accept reusable coffee cups. No cold coffee without consuming a single use plastic cup. Cold brew was weak and watery. It’s hard to see the available donuts until you’re at the register so you have to choose quickly. Sandwich was so greasy even the box left grease wherever you’d set it down"

"Sloppy. I should have read the reviews before going here but you figure airport restaurants are usually a safe bet. The cashier is taking your order before the previous customer has even put his credit card in his wallet and you have to talk over that individual. Once she takes your order you better hurry up and get out of the way. The food handlers are a whole other mess. Calling out order by either numbers or type of orders, there is no organization or pattern. And you basically just take you order and get out of the way. Basically, the clear message is quantity over quality and they don't care about service or delivery. Don't even get me started with the food, you can gather that from that customer service the food isn't going to be much better. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. One side was toasted the other wasn't, it wasn't steaming hot or appealing and my bag had Avocado on it... my sandwich didn't come with Avocado. Dunking donuts how are you allowing this to continue for so long? It's really tarnishing your reputation. If I could put 0 stars I would, it doesn't even deserve 1."
