"If you love paying $1200 a month to hear your neighbor sneeze and have your roof leak (and have your property manager never respond to emergency issues) this is the place for you. This place was built extremely cheaply - I can literally hear my next door neighbor chop her vegetables and sneeze. The property manager never responds to texts or emails even when they’re an emergency (like when my ceiling leaks). The lock on the front door to the building is broken 90% of the time, I’ve had my bathroom ceiling leak in both units I’ve lived in in this building and rain has literally come through my windows into my unit. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here"
