McDonald's 1704 Troy Road, Edwardsville, IL 62025

"TLDR: This location is fairly standard and almost always gets my order right McDonalds is a place you go because you just are in the mood for it, you would never truly go there otherwise I would think, the food is okay no matter what you order nothing will ever be "bad" but you can normally always compare it to a place that does some particular thing better (albeit more expensive maybe), now if that were all, this would be a 2-3 star, what I love is the fact it is very simple and easy to order from here, sometimes it taking less than 10 seconds to get the order figured out and the food came out in less than 8 minutes (fair considering my order), and the rewards- oh the rewards! they are simply amazing, would recommend, on occasion."

"One of the slowest I've been too. Then when you get your meal, the burgers are thrown together. More sauce on the paper than the burger. I could process my own cow before my order would get to me."

"The guy taking my order at the drive up this morning was boarder line rude. He snapped at me and even cut me off att one point. Although, the girl handing me my order was exceptionally kind. Did he wake up on the wrong side of the bed? It happens. But it made me upset enough that I gave this review. Hope his day got better."

"I am very picky about my service and food quality, but when it comes to this McDonald’s I’m never disappointed. The food always comes out correct and in a timely manor. Not to mention the night time staff is some of the most welcoming McDonald’s Employees i have ever met. The manager Derek is an absolute King when it comes to making sure the customer has a pleasurable experience and customer service. Hell they have even paid for a meal when my card declined. Honestly they go above and beyond here and deserve to be recognized for it."

"I used to work here and They are horrible because they cuss out customers and their employees. I watched an employee pick a burger off the floor and put it back on the bun and serve it. I worked window and I told the customer that they should come back and ask for a refund. They nasty and just flat out disrespectful"
