St. Louis Pizza & Wings

"I have never left a public review, but after the quality of food we received it needs to be noted....pizza over cooked and very dry, garlic bread so stale no one would eat it, chef salad lettuce was days old. The service upon ordering and pickup was great. When we called to let them know that we were disappointed we were met with complete resistance...no apologies at all. We have used STL Pizza for years, will find another place in the future"

"Ordered a chef salad with ranch. Got lettuce, cheese and croutons with some orange dressing. Also ordered all meat pizza. Didn't know it didn't include pizza sauce. Grease dripping off from the meat. Never again will I order from here."

"Ordered delivery and I mistyped the phone number. Have the driver on cam attempting to make delivery, but never knocked. When I called for a refund the "manager" was rude and immediately declined and made no offer other than to give us one hour old food. Due to driver error and orderer (me) error. I decided to take the cold food and tip the driver since he did come out to make delivery. Although the person that has the title manager is very rude and not able to work with the customer. She was immediately combative when asking for a refund. New management or training for someone that has no business managing anything would greatly help. Sadly after the experience I will no longer be able to order from and STL pizza and wings location."

"First time trying this place. We had a grub hub gift card and thought we would try it. I placed my order online and for pickup. I got there early. Walked in. Employee at the register did not greet me, seemed as if she didn't want to be there. Understandable IMHO. I looked around and something told me there's wasn't going my much love in them making their pizzas. Ordered 2 xl pizzas with extra toppings, a 25 piece wing and a large house salad. Of course with door dash it's higher priced. Cost $98. What a rip off. The pizza was poorly made. Listen up owner, you don't put the cheese on top of the meat. Worse thing you can do!!! Side salad was iceberg lettuce, cheese and croutons. The wings, looked dehydrated, haven't seen such meatless wings in a long time. With all respect the entire experience was a drag. Listen people, if you don't like working there and have no passion for making pizzas then get a new job. Learn how to make pizza, invest in better wings and be grateful you have a job. People reading this --- get yourself a different pizza. You'll waste your money here."

"I stopped in for a quick lunch and had a small 9 inch sausage and pepperoni thin crust pizza. Lunch came out quickly within 12 minutes and I was pleased with the flavor of the sauce, the meats were very tasty and full of flavor and the cheese with mild. I really enjoyed my lunch and will be back."
