Pizza Hut 1005 South Main Street, Columbia, IL 62236

"Worst service I’ve ever seen. Waited around an hour, so called for a status update. Was told the food was waiting at the store and that Pizza Hut transferred it over to DoorDash so it wasn’t in their system. If I wanted to get a refund or such, I would need to call DoorDash. This was already ridiculous but I did so and of course DoorDash had no clue what order I placed. Called back to Pizza Hut and this time was told the order was in their system and was waiting on a Pizza Hut driver. Around an hour and a half at this point and 25 mins after estimated delivery, I was reminded numerous times that the times are approximate and they were running 25 mins later than the estimated delivery time on the app. Seemed odd since it was now 25 mins later and the food hadn’t even been picked up. Asked even though they’re approximate, should I expect the food some time before 10pm. 2+ hrs later and was told again that they couldn’t tell me because times are approximate. What a joke. Only thing that was done appropriately was finally getting me my refund."

"Other than the normal tasting Pizza Hut food the service is terrible here. I've heard nothing but bad things about the service here over the past couple years that's why I haven't eaten there in a few years."

"The Pizza was ice cold, probably because they gave to doordash to deliver and was 35 min later than forecast. Also when I ordered online I put contactless delivery. I am very sick with covid. But when I got the message being delivered by doordash it said hand to customer. I really hope the guy didn't get sick from me. So to sum it up. I got cold pizza very late and probably got driver sick because instructions not copied over to doordash."

"We went to try the spicy lovers pizza and omg y'all. I give it a 100%. Number one the staff was kind and reasonable. Also number 2 the presentation on this pizza was excellent it had no flaws and was very fresh. Number three the taste was amazing if you love spicy deff. Refer to this one. Will eat this one again. Thank all the wonderful staff for making this delicious pizza. Again please come on down and try them out. P.s no I do not work for pizza hut. I just love there pizzas."
