"Honest opinions only really matters 1st off, I want to say the apartments are beautiful, and the ladies all are very nice. So I would have given 5 stars. There are some small issues that turned BIG ISSUES. I looked at the reviews and MOST of the things that people are saying is right. It does take a long time for your application to be processed. Something is very wrong with the phone line. When you call, you go through the process to chat with someone and get hung up on tried that 3 times in a row (lol yeeeeeaaaah good times). Once in there is no parking near your apartment, it's like everyone in here has 3 or more cars, brike down cars, cousin car, and so fourth. There is only 1 handicap near each entry of the apartment. Mind you, there are 12 apartments in each section, so 36 apartments are in one unit. There are these big trucks that take up parking. Kids running around in the streets playing while cars speeding to find a parking spot I usually park at building 4 or up front outside the broke gate. And stay in building 1 with my mother, who I have handicap tags (get the picture). Walls are kinda thin so your hear running water, drips in the walls or ceiling. Dishwasher has been broke for under 2 months we told them there was a smell coming from either the dishwasher or the garbage disposa, neighbors can be loud I believe if everyone talks with their neighbors get to know each other, then noise can calm down a bit on that part. I found a few little skeletons of roaches, to hugh spiders hanging out in the windows, wondering how a black cricket make it in the house when everything is closed. Restroom fan does not work properly since water flowed out, every so ofter the smoke detectors will go off in the middle of the triggering them all then tjey will turn off, oooo yeah i have toilet issue it smell like a sewer coming up, my sink i keep a tissue clogged in top plug hole cause it releases a smell as well as fruit flies (why when there is no food in rewteoom). For 2 years now so far the beginning of the year they wait to tell you there is a balance when you pay rent on a app. This year they waited AGAIN for 6 months to say we owe a high rent amount which is unprofessional on their part. They say they want to keep there good residents but this proves that you dont. And ummm, I think it would be nice to see little trash cans nearby so people can stop littering on the grounds put a cameras at the trash cans cause GROWN UPS make this generation take the trash out and it dont make it in the trash. UPDATE Still not enough parking, sometimes no parking, hear running water in the walls like a leak. I have a dehumidifier it collects water in the air every 2 or so days. I empty water out, mold in the toilet where water runs out. Had water come from vent in restroom, has a weird smell that comes out of faucets in restroom, and kitchen. Had ant infestation that came from outside into the house from the washer/dryer. Neighbors are very loud walking hard across the floors. God forbid if you call the cops they make your life worse cause they get louder, but the office told us to call the cops. Smoke detectors went off 2 times last year in the middle of the night called the fire department. There is not enough closet space in none of the rooms. Trash is ALWAYS overflowed, people with dogs leave poop on the grounds BY THE ONE AND ONLY PLAYGROUND, litter all over the grounds, ant mounds throughout apartments. Management is covers their own tells blaming other people or companies when they should knowbwhat needs to be done. This mayBE a book but soooo much as changed since we renew our lease. Look close at dishwasher we can't clean it out cause it won't turn on, toilet has sign cause of smell, sink has tissue cause smell, plug don't work, detectors goes off without a smoke, and come to think about it I don't recall apartments sending someone over here to change ac filter...."

From move in/to my recent move out they have been supportive and responsive 100% of the way making for an extraordinary experience. "The apartments look nice, if you ever get in. After a month of back and forth with compliance, we were denied under information that was not reflective of our current financial situation. Throughout the month long back and forth, I had communicated the changes that were underway, but, they were never communicated to the compliance department until after we were denied. Once denied, it was then communicated. They followed up by requesting a new application. So, we applied again. For a week my application sat untouched and my communication efforts were returned with silence. For the duration of this whole process, I called every hour on my free days to get someone to answer so we could know what was going on. When calling didn’t work, I tried email. No response. I would then try to go in person and on at least two occasions, stood outside of the office building along with several other tenants waiting for someone to show up, some of the people had been waiting for two hours. After the first week on our second application (and another money order), I was then notified that I could not apply again for another 160 or so days. Now I have to restart this process somewhere else and try to get a refund on my application money order somehow. This is extremely frustrating. The whole reason our application was denied in the first place was due to a lack of communication and negligence. If you choose to apply, know that you need ample time to wait. Your application needs to be perfect, get everything said in writing. I tried my best to give the benefit of the doubt, but there were some major lapses in oversight that ended up costing us a month of our time. Our ID # aren’t even correct on the first application, and not one person caught that mistake. No resolution was offered, it was just, “Oh well, sorry!” They are nice, and I understand they are sifting through a lot of work, but this isn’t a chik-fil-a order, it’s people’s housing. I chose to ignore the many other negative reviews and it came back to bite me. Good luck."
"I am here to give an honest Review. If I could, I would give about 3.5 stars, so instead, I'll round up to 4. Here is my break down in simple terms for any future residents. Pros- -You will have a simple starter home, especially nice for those that are by themselves (single mother or father), or for someone that is moving out on their own for the first time. -The people and staff are nice enough, hadn't dealt with any problems that major. -It is close to a couple of shopping centers and restaurants, very easy to grab and get home. Cons- -Long application period, you have to be willing to wait a month for any type of response, good or bad. -Phone lines are hard to get through, you will typically not be answered unless you call at the right time, very troubling if you are having an emergency. History - the apartment complex has a history of bed bugs, roaches, and not answering calls. That has tainted the location, making it appear worse than it is. However since the call lines haven't really been fixed/corrected it brings a feeling of distrust. Ultimately I think this apartment complex isn't the worse, but also not the greatest. I think if your looking for a place to stay for a year or 2 before moving somewhere else, this is the place for you."
