"I just came through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago and had a very distasteful interaction with the drive thru lady who says she is a manager. She was very aggressive and rushing me at the speaker nearly yelling at me towards the end. I get to the window and wait about 10 minutes before she even comes to it and then has some funky attitude and was extremely loud. She asks if I need a drink carrier to which I respond no thank you and apparently she wasn’t pleased and screams OK THEN and shoves my drinks out the window and slams the window in my face. Then I call to speak to a manager , she answers and says she is the manager and no one else was working and hangs up on me. She is very unpleasant and unprofessional and absolutely should not any type of management nor representing the restaurant to paying customers. I spent over $30 on 2 meals just to be rushed and treated very poorly but a rude manager. I never was rude to her at all at any point. I couldn’t get a name because she had no tag but I will be calling every day until I get that info and report her to every higher up. Store manager needs to review cameras at about 5:20-5:25 and see how their managers treat paying customers. Oh, ANDDD after my 10 minute wait MY FOOD IS COLD."

"Stopped in to pickup breakfast. Both the gentleman and lady behind the counter were very polite and professional. You could hear however a lady in the background barking out orders and talking down to the employees. Found out she’s a district manager. She was barking orders but when the employees yelled what food they needed the gal in back snapped back… apparently she’s the only one that can speak like that. (Yelling what food they needed for the order) You can tell the employees don’t like being spoken to the way the district manager was. It was a cringeworthy experience waiting on my food order. This day and age, no one deserves to be talked to the way these employees were. I’ll definitely be back because the breakfast was good and the employees at the counter were friendly! I just hope the district gal learns to take a chill pill and not talk to the employees the way she was."

"Need to take better care with their sausage patties as not to over do them and let them dry out. 4/11 went through drive-thru, always nice, friendly and fast, as usual sausage pattie on one was way over done,2nd was great,eggs over done 10/10/21 went thru drive thru,got my sausage and egg biscuits home,the biscuits where not done ,couldn't even eat them,horrible!!! 9/17/22 thought I would try again got what you see in the photo,at $5 a biscuits never again! I will spend my money else where"

"I hated to give one star but the girl that bought the food to the car was nice so she gets that one star. The food get negative stars. Waste of time and money. I don’t have Hardee’s near so while traveling, I stopped here in hopes of getting my favorite ham and cheese sandwich. I like to go in restaurants especially ones I’ve never been to. The lobby was closed. I should have just have left then but I went through the drive thru. I got to the window and it was filthy. That was a major turn off. I can’t recall seeing a drive thru window that filthy. I had already ordered so I pulled over to wait for my food. I don’t know what the hell it was but it doesn’t resemble anything I’ve ever eaten at a Hardee’s. See pic below. I thought maybe something changed so I stopped at another a Hardee’s in Iowa and asked what kind of cheese do they put on ham and cheese. She confirmed a slice of Swiss. I don’t have a clue what the white substance is on the sandwich but it isn’t a slice of cheese not even melted cheese. The texture wasn’t even right. Needless to say, I didn’t eat it and because it was so mysterious, I was afraid to eat the cherry biscuit so that $6.69 and 20 min lost that I’ll never get back. I’m beyond PI**ED!!!"
