"This is a deplorable place to live!!!!!!! this place needs to be condemed management are diabolical, and do not care about the people at all. The management needs to go. They instigate fights by listening to the neighbors, management is just as messy as some of the neighbors!! and help to incourage crime as well. they commit covert crimes. and management needs to be changed out quickly!!!! they know who the drug sellers are and they know who is responsible for breaking into peoples homes and cars!! they help to orchestrate it and need to be dealt with. people are just to scared to say anything. they like to do nothing but gossip and slander others. be careful when you visit its just that dangerous. I feel as though the apts would be a lot better if management was completely overhauled, or condemed that whole complex would be a whole lot better if it were specifically for elderly, minus, the crime and stuckup management."

"This complex doesn't even deserve 1 star... They apartments are Trash. No security, and the cameras never work. Nobody fix things but they going up on rent trying to rob the college kids of a safe environment to live in. Money hungry Slumlords. The owner Angela is rude an unprofessional and everyone else that works there is clueless. The apartments are run down and in need of all kinds of repairs not even worth your money. Old junk cars left on property from years ago and the owners have moved. Reconsider living here it's not safe ."

"I lived here for about 2 years now and have had some ups and downs, but none of them have been on the staff of Twelve Canfield. In fact it was them that stepped forward to help me not lose my home. They are very down to Earth people that just want you to honor your agreement. If I've made a false statement than guess what I had have been on the streets a long time ago........ Believe that!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I lived there for two years and they quickly responded to all my request. I change my apartment once in the complex and they waive all other extra fees for me. The only problem is its neighborhood but the manager and others were excellent there."

"Very rude, uncaring and unprofessional type of people. They will treat you like garbage. Had mice, roach, and ant infestations in my apartment. I do NOT recommend. I’ve been nothing but respectful to them and have not had that reciprocated at all. They truly lack class and professionalism. I guess you really do get what you pay for. 0 stars."
