Domino's Pizza

"This place has the WORST service I have EVER experienced. They had me waiting for my order for over an hour and then the driver NEVER bothered to call me for my delivery and they cancelled my order and didn’t tell me they cancelled it but had it showing on the app that it was delivered. I had to call them to see what was going on. Turns out the driver lied and said that they tried to call me and he did not!! He probably did that just to take my order."

"This location needs to be shut down indefinitely. Everything about it is trash from the food to the Customer Service. This location is known for selling pizzas with expired pizza dough and ingredients. And don’t even think about getting delivery as it will take hours. Whoever independently operates this location truthfully needs the health department called on them. If you’re looking for pizza, I would suggest the Imos in North Oaks instead"

"It’s 12:45am Saturday morning and I was desperate to find a place to eat. It’s snowing and I had just had a rough night and even though they were closing up shop for the night, the kind man at this location helped me slate my hunger. Top notch kindness and service. 11/10!"

"Why in the hell does this location take 1hour AND 45 minutes to deliver a pizza???? An hour passed for a delivery order. I called up there and they said they only have one driver and it's going to take another 45 minutes. I called back and said, I will come and pick my food up. They said, your food is ready, but it has to go in the oven???? WHAT?!?!?!? 1 hour later and my food is not even cooked, BUT ITS READY??? How is it ready, if it hasn't been cooked??? What in the ghettoville! This is totally unacceptable. I called the call center to attempt to speak to someone other than someone at the store and they barely speak English. They act like they dont know what is going on. Well, who does? What does the corporate office feel about this horrible service? I guess I'll go back to Imos, or find a better location that I can just drive to. Imo's has gotten a little more expensive but at least the service was good and I received my food in a timely manner without all the excuses."

"This is how my pizza got delivered to me. I called the store to see what they could do. A domino worker who was female answered and I explained the situation and she told me there was nothing she could do to replace the pizza. She told me that I would have to bring the pizza up and get an exchange. I reiterated that I had it delivered for a reason and I couldn’t come up there to the location. I asked for the corporate number and in the end, she said hold on, and she hung up on me. This experience was very unprofessional and I don’t plan on going to this dominos in the future."
