"My husband applied to this place around the beginning of February for a ready to go unit ok so out move in date was 2 days away from the day the application was submitted they never called to say that we got approved I had to call and multiple times on top of that mind you were out of state so we’re moving from a different state directly to this location he has a new job out there and I’m pregnant so we had it put for immediate move in so moving forward they tell us the unit he applied for wasn’t ready this whole time and days are going by were being patient calling to see when the unit will be ready they kept playing in our face for a week stating that they were finally going to check the unit and never did this happened literally everyday some days they wouldn’t even answer the phone but why waste someone’s time just be truthful and upfront don’t beat around the bush my husband got so fed up he called his bank and disputed the charges stating that these lazy people wouldn’t get up to go check to see if the apartment was ready for move in and I’m upset that it pushed everything back for us and I think it’s very rude and disrespectful to constantly lie to someone when their money is going into this place but currently applying to a new place now I think we just dodged a bullet looking at the reviews"

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE STAFF. FIRST THEY LIE ABOUT CHARGES. SECOND YOU ASK FOR CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER AND THEY GIVE YOU A REGULAR PHONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER PHONE LINE IN THE OFFICE. TONYA, MARIA, EMILY WHAT EVER THEIR NAMES ARE BECAUSE THEY LOVE TO LIE ABOUT THEIR NAMES. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIES ABOUT FIXING A PROBLEM IN YOUR APT AND ADD EXTRA CHARGES THAT YOU ARENT AWARE OFF. THEY ARE BIG AND LAZY LAZY AS CAN BE. THEY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT LITERALLY GUADALUPE IS THE ONLY LADY THAT HAS COMMON SENCE WHEN ANSWERING QUESTIONS!!!"

"The attention from the office may not be the best, however they do their best to solve the apartment complex's problems and maintain the flow. Maintenance department , has been punctual, since I had an Air Conditioning problem and they came to solve it within the promised time."

"This place is horrible we constantly notified the office about the rat problem we been having since moved in the office management VERY LAZY maintenance VERY LAZY nothing gets done nothing gets fix take your money and don’t move here worst move possible"

"As of 3/29 is been over a month an a half I had a water leak in the wall of which management took their sweet time of two weeks to fix. I would give a zero start if I could! Now going to a month and place 3 request work order to have the carpet fix and the whole in the wall repair the management continues to close my request and nothing has been fix. If this people on the front desk remain this place is slowly falling apart and people will just look for better place like I will once my lease is up. You can also see there is an infestation of mouse here."
