Rudy's Tacos, West Kimberly

"Absolutely terrible experience. Life long Quad Citian that has spent thousands here over the years. Placed an order for over $100. First they couldn't even find my order then tried to tell me I must have made a mistake lol. They finally "found" it. How the hell do you lose a $100 order. Get home none of the kids meals had the fries we ordered. Missing 2 sides of rice. My Churizo burrito had no churizo in it lol. Burnt stank meat in all food."

"Worst food I have ever had at a Rudy’s Restaurant. Manager was more than rude. We are long time customers. In the past when we received a meal with problems Rudy’s apologized and on our next trip there we had a free meal waiting. The “manager” actually called me RUDE. Just shows her customer service skills need work. I tried to reach out to management who said it was the owners doing not theirs and said he probably wouldn’t contact me or take my call about this situation. This is the same thing told to another reviee"

"Ordered the beef enchiladas( which are my favorite) and they have always been delicious consistently. Tried an appetizer which was the TOTCHOS. If you like tator tots you’ll love this appetizer. We got ours with seasoned ground beef and a type of cheese sauce. The tator tots were fried perfectly. I don’t think they have this at any other location. They are so so good. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The restaurant was clean."

"This a poorly ran business! My high school daughter was hired on despite them knowing her limited availability due to school. They constantly scheduled her when she wasn’t available and made it out to be her fault. She told them the day her grandma passed away that the funeral would be that week and even though they knew that they still fired her for it!!! I tried to reach out to management who said it was the owners doing not theirs and said he probably wouldn’t contact me or take my call about this situation. My daughter was already devastated about her grandma but now she’s even more devastated that she has to find a new job to save for college next year. Such an awe full business!!!"

"The deep fried chick ench value meal. With drink and sour cream. For 11$ good meal. Great price, with good service. One of my "usual" Qc staples. Ps im picky about my food. It's always always soo good.. everytime.. they can get very busy. Clean bathrooms... def ask for Collette she is friendly, & a "hard working" waitress."
