"I’m usually not the type of person to share a bad experience through a review, but this Dunkin’ location has really frustrated me on my last few trips. I have ordered the same beverage for the better part of a year now, and for the past few months, the drink has been incorrectly made by this location only. I know Dunkin’ is kind of infamous for inconsistent drinks, but other locations when I’m not in the area don’t have any trouble getting my iced coffee pretty spot on. My order comes with 1 pump of mocha swirl, and every time I order it at this location, I receive what looks to be chocolate milk. On my last visit, I asked if the drink only had 1 pump of mocha, and I was met with a short reply from the employee that the drink was made correctly. Followed by a shut drive thru window in my face. Also, every iced beverage there is filled top to bottom with ice, so don’t expect a lot of actual product for your money. The donuts can be dry, and some are frequently out of stock, so I would try your luck at the QT down the hill."

"The store wasn’t busy in store or in the drive thru. I went inside and ordered 2 large chai teas with very light ice. It usually takes this store a while to make the drinks so I went to the bathroom while I was waiting. There was no toilet paper nor paper towels. I told the employees and they acted like they didn’t care and definitely didn’t act like they were going to restock the bathroom. I got my drinks a couple minutes after I told them that. They gave me 2 drinks filled with ice from top to bottom. I’d already been waiting 5+ minutes and didn’t have time to wait for them to remake my drink the correct way. I started scooping the ice out myself and I’m left with half full cups of chai tea. Definitely not worth $15 if they are going to give me 2 lbs of ice and 6 oz of chai. Need to work on management and better customer service at this Dunkin’."

"My daughter really wanted a doughnut so I went thru the drive thru. I told the order taker I needed to look at the menu and I ordered a couple then he started rushing me. He spoke so fast that I had a hard time understanding him. I told him I wasn't sure how many I was ordering because I needed to look at the menu for a second and he just kept talking. Since I wasn't able to concentrate on ordering, due to his constant talking, I wound up just ordering a lot less than I wanted. He had a very thick accent and while that isn't an issue, it is very hard to understand someone speaking insanely fast. It made me feel very anxious and rushed. It will be awhile before I try to come back. It was not a pleasant experience."

"Absolutely beyond disappointed with my visit. The service was rude and $8 for a below average sandwich is not how I enjoy spending my morning. Lack of management is absolutely unreal and so many situations would be made perfectly clear is the staff was trained properly. Please and thanks"

"The new management makes the total DIFFERENCE. Food is always HOT and they syrup the drinks correctly. If you had issues in the past here, I would give them another chance. It's like it's a whole new coffee store. A+++ to the new management and workers."
